Great to meet you!

I’m a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist serving adults and couples in Nebraska, New Jersey, and Washington. I specialize in working with individuals and couples, especially first-generation, bicultural, and BIPOC clients navigating family expectations, cultural identity, and self-worth. As an immigrant therapist, I understand what it’s like to balance belonging, independence, and the weight of expectations. My practice is a space where you can explore who you are without judgment, reconnect with yourself, and build a life that feels aligned with your values.

My approach to therapy

My approach is warm, collaborative, and culturally attuned. I integrate EMDR, Internal Family Systems (IFS), trauma-informed care, and expressive arts therapy to help you process experiences that have shaped your story. Our work together is tailored to your goals and paced with compassion, focused on creating meaningful, lasting change rather than quick fixes. I believe therapy works best when it feels like a genuine partnership built on trust, curiosity, and care.

What you can expect from me

In our first session, we’ll explore what’s been bringing you in, what you hope to gain from therapy, and what support looks like for you. You’ll have space to share at your own pace, there’s no pressure to have it all figured out. We’ll start identifying the patterns, stressors, or cultural dynamics that might be impacting you, and begin outlining goals for our work together. Most of all, you can expect to feel heard, respected, and supported from the very beginning.
