Great to meet you!

I’m a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist who works with individuals, couples, and families struggling with communication, recurring conflict, grief, anxiety, and family expectations. As an Afro-Latina woman with close ties to West Indian culture, I understand how culture and generational patterns can shape our relationships. I offer a warm, curious, and judgment-free space to help you understand these patterns, strengthen your relationships, and create a path that feels like your own. If you’re ready for a space where you can feel seen, heard, and supported, I’d be honored to walk alongside you.

My approach to therapy

My approach is warm, curious, and collaborative. I believe you are the expert on your life, while my role is to ask questions that help you see patterns, relationships, and experiences from a different perspective. I draw from CBT, Gottman Method, Bowen Family Systems, Attachment-Based Therapy, and psychoeducation, tailoring each session to what you need. Together, we’ll break things down piece by piece, build healthier ways of communicating, and create meaningful changes that feel realistic for your life.

What you can expect from me

Our first session is about getting to know you beyond what brought you to therapy. We’ll talk about what’s been happening, the relationships and experiences that have shaped you, and what you hope will change. There’s no pressure to have everything figured out or share everything at once. Come as you are—we’ll take our time, ask questions, and begin creating a path forward together.
