As an LCSW in New York and a NYU-certified trauma-informed care provider, i focus on empowering adults to build on their strengths and take practical steps towards their goals.

My approach to therapy

I use a Person-Centered, Solution-Oriented approach, integrating CBT, Trauma-Informed Care, solution-focused techniques, and Motivational Interviewing to tailor treatment to your needs.
