Great to meet you!

I’m a warm, compassionate, and down-to-earth therapist who believes healing begins when you feel seen, safe, and supported. My background is in holistic, empowering approaches to heal your inner self. I have over 5 years of experience, working with adults navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, stress, relationship challenges, life transitions, low self-esteem, emotional overwhelm, and patterns that feel hard to break. Many of the people I support feel stuck, disconnected from themselves, or unsure how to move forward, even when they are trying their best. My goal is to create a space where you can slow down, feel understood, and begin reconnecting with your strengths. I combine evidence-based practices with a whole-person approach to help you build insight, develop healthier coping skills, and move toward a more grounded, fulfilling life.

My approach to therapy

My approach is compassionate, collaborative, empowering, and tailored to your needs. I use evidence-based practices such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), mindfulness, and trauma-informed care to help you understand patterns, build practical coping skills, and create meaningful change. In session, we may work on identifying thoughts that fuel anxiety or depression, strengthening emotional regulation, processing trauma safely, improving communication, setting boundaries, and developing tools to manage stress in daily life. When desired, I also incorporate faith and spirituality as part of the healing process. I believe therapy should support the whole person - mind, body, emotions, relationships, and values - while helping you feel more confident and connected to yourself.

What you can expect from me

Your first session is a safe, welcoming space for us to connect and begin understanding what brings you to therapy. We will talk about your current concerns, your personal history, your strengths, and what you hope to gain from our work together. Whether you are navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, stress, relationship issues, low self-esteem, life transitions, or feeling stuck in unhealthy patterns, we will move at a pace that feels comfortable for you. My goal is to help you feel heard, respected, and supported while we begin identifying meaningful goals and practical next steps. You do not need to have everything figured out before starting - we will begin exactly where you are.
