Great to meet you!

I am a graduate of Loyola University Chicago and a dedicated social worker specializing in holistic wellness, strengths-based therapy, and motivational interviewing. Much of my work centers on women's issues, and I support clients through depression, anxiety, and stress, the mood swings and instability of bipolar disorder, maternal mental health during pregnancy and the postpartum months, family and relationship difficulties, and the aftermath of domestic violence, abuse, and trauma. I bring a holistic wellness point of view to that work, because mental, emotional, and social well-being are interconnected and rarely improve in isolation. Whether you are moving through a season of change, overcoming a challenge, or seeking personal growth, my goal is to help you unlock your potential and move forward with confidence and purpose.

My approach to therapy

I am committed to creating a safe, non-judgmental space where you feel heard, respected, and motivated to make meaningful changes in your life. My approach centers on recognizing and building upon the unique strengths each individual brings, fostering growth and resilience in a supportive, empowering environment. Motivational interviewing means I will not tell you what to change; I will help you find your own reasons for it, and we will move at the pace those reasons can sustain. I work collaboratively with people from all backgrounds, honoring diverse experiences and perspectives, and I take particular care with clients who are rebuilding after abuse or carrying trauma they have not had a safe place to set down.

What you can expect from me

With a holistic wellness point of view, I strive to address the interconnectedness of mental, emotional, physical, and social well-being. Whether navigating life transitions, overcoming challenges, or seeking personal growth, my goal is to help clients unlock their potential and move forward with confidence and purpose.
