Great to meet you!

I'm a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with over 27 years of experience supporting people through some of life's hardest transitions. My work has spanned hospice, palliative care, home health, hospital case management, rehabilitation, and assisted living and skilled nursing settings, so I understand how illness, aging, grief, and family stress affect the whole person.

My approach to therapy

I work with adults, elderly couples, and teens. For adults, that might mean stress, grief, caregiving, or a major life change. For couples in their later years, I help you navigate health changes, role shifts, and staying connected through a new season of life. For teens, I offer a steady, respectful space to be heard, backed by my credentials as an Authorized Child Protection Trainer and a strong commitment to safety.

What you can expect from me

My approach is integrative. I draw on cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT) to help you shift unhelpful thought patterns and build practical coping skills. I bring a grief and loss focus to honor what you've lost while finding ways to move forward. I use a strengths-based lens, building on what's already working in your life. And I use a family systems perspective, recognizing that we all live in relationships, and healing often happens there too.

I'm licensed in Florida and Georgia and am a Medicare provider. I'll meet you where you are and work with you to build realistic next steps, at your pace.
