Great to meet you!

I’m a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist who works with adults navigating anxiety, depression, relationship difficulties, life transitions, stress, self-esteem issues, and patterns that leave them feeling stuck. My style is warm, grounded, and collaborative. I believe therapy should feel like a space where you can be honest, understood, and supported while also being gently challenged toward growth.

My clinical background includes working with clients in higher levels of care, which has given me experience supporting people through intense emotions, relationship struggles, identity concerns, and the impact of trauma.

My approach to therapy

I draw from evidence-based approaches such as CBT, DBT, ACT, and psychodynamic therapy, and I tailor treatment to each person rather than using a one-size-fits-all approach.

I help clients build insight, strengthen coping skills, improve communication, and develop a more stable, compassionate relationship with themselves. Whether you are feeling overwhelmed, disconnected, or ready to make meaningful changes, therapy can be a place to better understand yourself and move forward with more clarity and confidence.

What you can expect from me

In our first session, clients can expect a supportive and collaborative space to begin talking about what brings them to therapy. We’ll discuss your current concerns, relevant personal history, and what you hope to get out of treatment. My goal is to help you feel comfortable, understood, and not rushed.

The first session is also a chance for me to learn about your strengths, patterns, and any challenges that may be affecting your emotional well-being, relationships, or daily life. Together, we’ll start identifying goals for therapy and begin thinking about what approach may be most helpful for you.

You do not need to have everything figured out before coming in. The first session is simply a starting point — a place to explore what’s going on and begin building a roadmap for meaningful change.
