Great to meet you!

I am here to guide, support, and challenge you just enough to get you to where you want to be. My clients often describe me as friendly, relatable, and understanding. My experience ranges from working with adolescents, transitional age youth (TAY), adults, couples, families, and Veterans from diverse backgrounds, tailoring therapy to fit each person's unique experiences and goals. My specialties include working with adults (18-40) who are just trying to figure it out and with minorities, providing a safe space with cultural humility and curiosity.

My approach to therapy

I work with clients who are motivated to create change, but don't know where to start. During our initial session, you will get to know me as much as I will get to know you because I believe this is a collaborative experience. Most of my clients see improvements within themself because of the support I provide and the work they put into themselves. I utilize a psychodynamic approach rooted in curiosity, respect, and empathy, with a strong belief that therapy is not a one-size-fits-all model.

What you can expect from me

I believe therapy is a space where we work together to help you understand yourself better, rather than trying to fix yourself. I will be honest, real, and human with you. In this space and with my guidance, I invite you to be enlightened by your self-discoveries and growth.
