Great to meet you!

Hi! I'm A'Jah (Asia) Love.

I'm a dual state licensed marriage and family therapist with focus on life transitions and helping you navigate your way through them.

I received my bachelors from California Polytechnic State University in 2016 and my masters from Pepperdine University in 2018.

Along the way I have worked in a variety of settings including- residential treatment, community clinics and private practice; working with a range of clientele.

I love helping clients through times of transition. As a former D1 athlete and now a new mom, I’ve gone through a couple transitions of my own and use that first hand experience to support clients in their journey.

I also work with anxiety, depression, identity, and interpersonal relationship issues.

A bit about my approach to therapy

I aim to meet each client where they are, with understanding and a strong therapeutic relationship as the foundation for a transformative process. Most of us are doing the best we can with what we've received from our loved ones and early experiences, my goal is to have you leave with more, and for your best to only get better.

I use a mix of client centered therapy, CBT, DBT, and solution-focused.

What you can expect from our first session

I provide a safe, nonjudgemental space where you can express openly and freely. Together we will work on those areas where you feel you struggle most, exploring new perspectives, ideas and skills in order to make positive change in your life.
