Great to meet you!

Hi, I’m Ajiri, a dual-certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner and Family Nurse Practitioner. I work with adults experiencing ADHD, anxiety, depression, bipolar disorder, trauma, mood changes, and sleep concerns. I believe mental health care should feel supportive and comfortable, and I take the time to listen, answer questions, and understand what matters most to you. Together, we’ll find a treatment approach that fits your needs and helps you feel more like yourself again.

My approach to therapy

My approach is warm, attentive, and supportive. I take time to listen and understand what you’re experiencing before recommending treatment. I believe you should feel comfortable asking questions and have a clear understanding of your options, especially when medications are involved. Together, we’ll create a treatment plan that feels manageable, makes sense for your life, and supports your overall well-being.

What you can expect from me

Your first session is a chance for us to get to know each other and better understand what brings you in. We’ll talk about your symptoms, concerns, medical and mental health history, current medications, and what you hope to improve. My goal is to create a comfortable, judgment-free space where you feel heard and supported. By the end of the visit, we’ll discuss next steps and work together on a treatment plan that feels clear and manageable.
