Great to meet you!

I earned a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from Florida Memorial University in Miami Gardens, FL. Then, I went on and obtained a Master of Science in Mental Health Counseling specializing in substance use and correctional settings from the Philadelphia College of Osteopathic Medicine in Philadelphia, PA. I have worked in several different settings including outpatient therapy and community-based mental health programs. My areas of expertise are in Addictions, Depression, Anxiety, Grief and loss, Boundary Setting, Self-Esteem and Life transitions. I use a Cognitive Behavioral and Person-Centered approach to help my clients bring out the best in themselves. It takes a lot of courage to reach out for help and for that I appreciate you. Please contact me to see if we're a good fit.

My approach to therapy
