Great to meet you!

Your story matters, Your healing matters. I'm here to support you

My passion for nursing started from a personal place. Watching someone I loved go through illness taught me how important it is to have someone who listens, shows compassion, and treats you like a whole person, not just a diagnosis.

I have been a nurse for 27years, with experience in mental health, intensive care, nursing leadership, and teaching. I earned my BSN from Loma Linda University, my Master’s degree from UCLA, and completed my Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner training through National University.

I have worked in psychiatric nursing, ICU care, nursing administration, and also served as a lead clinical instructor for mental health nursing at Mount Saint Mary’s University.

I understand that asking for help can feel uncomfortable or overwhelming. My goal is to provide a safe, supportive, and nonjudgmental space where you feel heard, respected, and cared for,

My approach to therapy

Everyone’s story is different, and I believe your care should reflect that. I take time to understand what you are going through, what has worked or not worked in the past, and what you hope to feel moving forward.

My approach is warm, honest, and collaborative. I do not believe in one-size-fits-all care. Your symptoms, life experiences, culture, stressors, and goals all matter.

Together, we will create a treatment plan that feels realistic and supportive. My goal is to help you feel more stable, more empowered, and more hopeful.

What you can expect from me

You can expect me to listen without judgment and to be honest, compassionate, and respectful in the care I provide.

I will explain your treatment options clearly and work with you to make decisions that feel right for you. My style is down-to-earth, supportive, and collaborative.

I want you to leave each visit feeling heard, understood, and more confident about your next step.
