Great to meet you!

You’re functioning, but it’s exhausting. If you struggle with anxiety, ADHD, overthinking, or burnout, you may feel mentally drained even when everything looks “fine” on the outside. I help adults regain focus, emotional stability, and clarity. My approach is direct, thoughtful, and results-driven without feeling rushed or impersonal. If you’re ready to feel more in control and like yourself again, you’re in the right place.

My approach to therapy

My approach is structured, collaborative, and practical. I combine medication management with a deeper look at sleep, stress, hormones, and daily habits, because these all impact how you feel and function. I explain every recommendation clearly, so you understand the why behind your treatment. The goal is simple: help you feel better, think clearly, and function at your best.

What you can expect from me

Your first session is focused, thorough, and designed to give you clarity. We’ll review your symptoms, history, and current challenges so I can understand the full picture. By the end of the session, you’ll have a clear understanding of what’s going on and a plan to move forward. Most clients leave feeling relieved, understood, and more in control.
