My approach to therapy

My approach focuses on your strengths to ascend your personal growth. Life can be hectic at times and throw curveballs at us. We are required to adapt to the various obstacles that we come across. My goal is to make sure that you are safe & equipped to handle life's ever changing circumstances. I pride myself on being personable & do not consider myself to be your average therapist.
