A bit about my approach to therapy

My approach focuses on your strengths to ascend your personal growth. Life can be hectic at times and throw curveballs at us. We are required to adapt to the various obstacles that we come across. My goal is to make sure that you are safe & equipped to handle life's ever changing circumstances. I pride myself on being personable & do not consider myself to be your average therapist. I will laugh with you be silent with you and whatever you need to feel comfortable.

What you can expect from our first session

Clients can expect a relaxed environment coupled with passion and non-judgement. As your therapist, we will be a team. I promise to move at your pace and meet you where you are at in your life. A sense of connection, safety, honesty & open-mindedness are the values that I strive for.
