Great to meet you!

Akili Carter believes everyone has the keys to change stored within them. He uses creative therapy, behavioral techniques, and collaboration to help you get where you want to be. He will help you find the best solutions to the answers you have. He specializes in neurodivergence, couples, and teens but loves working with anyone who needs help finding themselves.

My approach to therapy

We work collaboratively and in an environment that helps you figure both what are the tools you need and how to most effectively use them. My goal is to help you rebuild and battle through all of the things you believe have stifled you.

What you can expect from me

Clients learn to navigate the 167 hours of the week not in therapy, learning how to feel better then they did the day before. They can expect to learn to critically think about their choices and behaviors.
