Are you balancing responsibilities, expectations, and constant pressure while feeling overwhelmed? You may find yourself managing everything on the outside while internally feeling stuck, exhausted, or caught in cycles of anxiety, overthinking, and rumination. You may notice your mind constantly racing or replaying situations, trying to find clarity or control, while feeling increasingly frustrated or depleted. Over time, this can show up as irritability, emotional exhaustion, disconnection, anger, or difficulty being fully present in your life and relationships.
I work with students, and working professionals who are navigating anxiety, stress, burnout, depression, trauma, family conflict, and caregiver burnout. Many of the individuals I support are managing school, careers, relationships, or major transitions yet internally feel overwhelmed, emotionally drained, or unsure how to shift these patterns.
