Great to meet you!

I am a therapist who is passionate about helping people feel seen, supported, and empowered throughout their healing journey. I bring a warm, engaging, and compassionate presence into therapy while creating a space where clients can show up authentically without fear of judgment. My approach is rooted in empathy, collaboration, and genuine human connection.

My approach to therapy

My therapeutic approach is collaborative, holistic, strengths-based, and solution-focused. I believe each person already possesses strengths and resilience, and therapy can help uncover and build upon those abilities. I strive to help clients better understand themselves, develop healthier coping strategies, improve relationships, and create lasting change aligned with their goals and values.
