Great to meet you!

Hi There! My name is Al-Nisa and my passion is helping others connect with their purpose. With experience spanning across Healthcare, Educational, Professional and Correctional environments, I assist teens and adults as they move through the human experience. It's important for me to share that I am human, too. Life presents situations—from career hurdles to complex relationship issues—that are sometimes difficult, confusing, or painful to navigate without help. I believe that seeking support is not a sign of weakness; it's a profound act of courage and self-care.

My approach to therapy

My philosophy is that good therapy starts with genuine connection. My style is intentional, non-judgmental and supportive, creating a safe space where you can explore your thoughts and feelings without fear or pressure.

While I offer a warm and empathetic environment, I am also direct and engaging in our work together. This means I won't just listen; I will offer insights, ask challenging questions, and help you identify concrete steps toward change and growth.

What you can expect from me

Our first session will focus on your unique story and your reason for engaging in Therapy. We’ll then discuss working together to build your resilience, deepen your self-understanding, and help you move from feeling overwhelmed to feeling empowered and grounded in your life.
