Great to meet you!

I offer a warm, supportive space where you will feel heard, build confidence, and begin meaningful change. I work to gently guide clients toward hope, helping them reconnect with possibility and a more hopeful future.

I have worked with clients of all ages, who are feeling overwhelmed, stuck, anxious, or struggle with life transitions, relationships, or self-esteem. Many come to my practice seeking relief from anxiety or depression, support in navigating family or school/work conflict, or help making sense of difficult situations.

Although I have 16 years of experience in the mental health field, I have 9 years of clinical experience providing psychotherapy to individuals and groups.

My approach to therapy

I understand that reaching out for therapy can feel overwhelming, and I strive to make the process as comfortable as possible. My approach is warm, genuine, and collaborative. I believe clients make the most progress when they feel safe, accepted, and truly listened to. I pride myself on being patient and taking the time to develop strong, trusting relationships with my clients. From that foundation, we work together to identify goals, build on strengths, and create meaningful, lasting change at a pace that feels right for you.

What you can expect from me

Your first session is an opportunity for us to get to know one another and begin building a comfortable, trusting relationship. We'll spend time discussing what brought you to therapy, the challenges you're currently facing, and what you hope to gain from the therapeutic process.

We'll also explore your personal goals, values, and vision for yourself, so we can develop a plan that aligns with what is most important to you. This session is also a chance for you to ask questions, learn more about my approach, and determine whether we're a good fit.

There is no pressure to share everything during the first session. We will move at a pace that feels comfortable for you, with the goal of creating a safe, supportive space where meaningful growth and change can occur.
