Great to meet you!

Hi, I'm Alainnah (she/her)! I am a holistic therapist who specializes in working with adults between the ages of 18-30 who are navigating anxiety, life transitions, and the lingering impact of childhood experiences. I know how overwhelming it can feel to seek support — so it’s a meaningful step that you’re here! I bring warmth, support, and curiosity to the therapy room, and I strive to create a grounded and welcoming environment where you feel truly seen and supported.

A bit about my approach to therapy

My approach is trauma-informed, body-based, and collaborative. I draw from Internal Family Systems (IFS), somatic therapy, and mindfulness to help you explore your inner world — not just through thoughts and emotions, but also through the felt experience of your nervous system. We’ll move at a pace that feels right for you, honoring ALL parts of you.

What you can expect from our first session

Over time, clients often walk away with a deeper understanding of themselves, more self-compassion, and practical tools for calming their nervous system and navigating life with greater ease. You can expect to feel more connected to your body, more in touch with your needs and boundaries, and more confident in your ability to move forward with clarity and self-trust.
