Great to meet you!

Life unfortunately brings stress, suffering or confusion to us all at times. Managing life’s struggles alone can feel overwhelming, and seeking support can be the invitation for change and greater joy. I’m sorry for the difficulty you may be going thru. I’m pleased you’re here, however, because I believe it signals you are likely on your way to finding answers and experiences you’ll need to feel better. I wish you well and if you’re interested, and between the ages of 25 and 85. I’d be happy to discuss providing assistance.

I am a trained trauma therapist, and work with people suffering from symptoms of adult or childhood trauma, anxiety, depression, addiction, struggles in relationship, co-dependence, emotional immaturity, and other self-defeating behaviors. I also frequently work with parents who were raised in dysfunctional family systems and I provide education and support for practicing healthier ways of interacting in relationships with their children and spouses.

I’ve counseled individuals, groups and families, provided therapy in private practice, the Phoenix Veterans Hospital, the Maricopa County jails, and even at the world renowned, Meadows of Wickenburg, where I often helped Hollywood celebrities and professional athletes improve their mental and behavior health. You do not have to do this alone.

My approach to therapy

My approach is individualized, with multiple modalities and varies based on circumstances, people centered, evidenced based, experiential, inner child, mindfulness, somatic, CBT, EMDR, attachment based for healing trauma, and nervous system regulation. Can entail a mix of education, skills, exploration, discovery, practice and trauma work.

What you can expect from me

You can expect to be supported with understanding and respect as together we explore your struggles, wants and needs for seeking care and discuss individualized treatment and methods to help you meet your goals.

My mission is to help you connect with your true self, explore and heal trauma and emotional wounds, improve your relationship with others, and most of all with yourself, and increase your sense of clarity and self-confidence. You will be seen, heard, and supported in gaining awareness and replacing self-defeating thoughts and behaviors in a safe, compassionate, and non-judgmental environment.
