Great to meet you!

Clients should know that I provide a supportive, nonjudgmental, and confidential space where they can feel heard and understood. I believe in building trust through empathy, active listening, and honest communication. My approach is client-centered, meaning I work collaboratively to help individuals identify goals, develop coping strategies, and navigate personal challenges at their own pace. I value compassion, professionalism, and respect for each person’s unique experiences and background.

My approach to therapy

My approach to therapy is compassionate, collaborative, and tailored to each individual’s unique needs and goals. I strive to create a safe, supportive, and nonjudgmental environment where clients feel comfortable exploring their thoughts, emotions, and experiences. I believe therapy works best when built on trust, empathy, and open communication.

I use evidence-based techniques while also focusing on the whole person—emotional, mental, and behavioral well-being. Together, we work to identify patterns, build healthy coping skills, strengthen self-awareness, and support meaningful personal growth and healing at a pace that feels comfortable for the client.

What you can expect from me

During the first session, clients can expect a welcoming, supportive, and judgment-free space to share their concerns and goals. The initial session is an opportunity for us to get to know each other, discuss what brings them to therapy, and explore any challenges, emotions, or life experiences they would like support with.

I will ask questions to better understand their background, current concerns, and what they hope to gain from therapy. Clients are encouraged to share at their own comfort level—there is no pressure to open up all at once. Together, we will begin identifying goals and discussing a plan that feels supportive and meaningful for their personal growth and well-being.
