Great to meet you!

I’m a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist and graduated from USC in 2014. In my practice, I support people healing from trauma, including those living with C-PTSD/ PTSD, dissociation, depression, and anxiety. I often work with clients who identify as LGBTQ, neurodivergent, or disabled, and those navigating the impact of systemic oppression.

My approach to therapy

I see therapy as a relationship built on safety and authenticity, where you can feel comfortable being fully yourself, and I’ll show up authentically too. I value honesty, compassion, humor, and the power of collaboration in our work together.

I tend to utlize approaches including ACT, Narrative Therapy, EMDR, and parts work—all within a Feminist and Liberatory framework. But I also try to stay flexible in the face of changing needs and complexity.

What you can expect from me

In a first session, I focus on understanding your experiences, concerns, and the context of your life that's bringing you to therapy. I’ll gather information about your history as well as the strengths, supports, and qualities that make you unique and whole beyond any challenges. This helps me get a clear sense of your needs and how we might work together. My goal is to make sure you feel seen, heard, and understood as we begin this process.
