Great to meet you!

If you’re the one who always shows up for others — even when you’re running on empty — I see you. Maybe you’ve learned to be the peacekeeper, the helper, the one who holds it all together. And yet, underneath it all, there’s a quiet voice wondering: When is it my turn? Why do I still feel like I’m not enough?

I specialize in helping people-pleasers unlearn the deep patterns that keep them stuck in guilt, perfectionism, and self-doubt. Together, we’ll explore where these patterns began and how they’ve protected you — and work toward building a relationship with yourself that’s based on compassion, boundaries, and authenticity.

A bit about my approach to therapy

My approach is grounded in empathy and curiosity, drawing from evidence-based methods like CBT, motivational interviewing and attachment theory. I know firsthand how hard it can be to break old patterns, especially when they once helped you survive. Therapy is not about fixing you — it’s about helping you finally feel safe enough to show up as your full self.

What you can expect from our first session

My clients can expect a conversational and friendly environment free of shame and judgement. As we build a rapport and learn to relate to each other, I will deliver individualized methods for healing in the way that works best for you.
