Great to meet you!

I believe that effective therapy must be as multifaceted as the individuals it serves. As a licensed clinical psychologist who specializes in treating mood and anxiety disorders, PTSD and other trauma-related disorders, and multicultural issues, my work is deeply informed by competencies in multicultural populations and alternative approaches to behavioral healthcare, ensuring that every client receives care that is culturally resonant and scientifically sound.

My approach to therapy

I practice therapy from an integrative, client-centered framework grounded in CBT, Brief Psychodynamic, and Social Justice principles. By utilizing this approach, I create a therapeutic space that promotes cultural humility, collaborative exploration, solution-oriented outcomes, and transgenerational healing.

What you can expect from me

Clients can expect a reflective exploration of their mental health history during their first session. By utilizing a semi-structured clinical interview, the client can expect to engage in a therapeutic dialogue that provides a conceptualization of their presenting concerns and generates actionable, evidence-based tools that align with treatment goals.
