Great to meet you!

I specialize in OCD and anxiety, with a particular focus on working with men. I help people who feel like anxiety, intrusive thoughts, avoidance, or the need for certainty has started to dictate what they do—and what they don't do.

My approach to therapy

My approach is practical and evidence-based, using ERP, ACT, and CBT to help you respond differently to anxiety rather than continually organizing your life around avoiding it.

One of the things I value most about this work is helping people understand that the goal isn't to eliminate anxiety completely. Anxiety is going to show up sometimes. The goal is to become less controlled by it and to be able to experience uncertainty, discomfort, or intrusive thoughts without automatically changing your life to make those feelings go away.

What you can expect from me

I value building rapport and trust with my clients. In therapy, we'll work toward helping you make decisions based on what actually matters to you rather than what anxiety or OCD tells you is safest. That might mean reconnecting with people, pursuing relationships, traveling, taking on challenges, being more present at work, or simply doing things you have gradually stopped doing.
