I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) with more than 10 years’ experience working with emerging adults, single parents, caregivers, older adults, and couples in a variety of settings.

A bit about my approach to therapy

My therapeutic philosophy is holistic — integrating the mind, body, and spirit to stimulate healing utilizing an eclectic approach incorporating my specialized training in evidence-based modalities to include cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), eye movement desensitization and reprocessing (EMDR), mindfulness-based strategies, dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), and motivational interviewing with attachment and trauma theories as a foundation.
