Great to meet you!

I became a therapist because I believe people deserve a space to feel seen, understood, and not judged as they navigate life’s challenges. I specialize in supporting individuals navigating relationship challenges, breakups, family dynamics, midlife transitions, and grief; including the loss of a relationship, identity, or expected future. My work focuses on helping clients better understand themselves in the context of their relationships so they can move forward with more clarity and intention.

My approach to therapy

My approach is collaborative, curious, and direct. I take time to deeply understand what makes you uniquely you, your patterns, relationships, and the stories you carry, while also helping you challenge the cycles that keep you feeling stuck. I used an integrated approach to support both insight and meaningful change. I also believe therapy doesn’t have to feel heavy all the time, and I often bring in humor when a laugh is really what is most needed.

What you can expect from me

In our first session, we’ll focus on getting to know you, what’s bringing you in, the patterns you’re noticing, and what you’re hoping will feel different in your life. I’ll ask thoughtful questions to better understand your relationships, your strengths, and the areas where you may feel stuck. Together, we’ll begin identifying goals and what meaningful change would look like for you. My aim is to create a space where you feel comfortable, understood, and supported, while also beginning to move toward the changes you desire.
