Great to meet you!

I am a licensed psychologist with extensive experience providing evidence-based treatment for adults facing a range of mental health concerns. My professional background includes working with individuals experiencing trauma-related conditions, anxiety disorders, depression, and adjustment to life transitions. I have also worked closely with veterans, first responders, and individuals navigating stress related to medical conditions.

I received specialized training in trauma-informed care, cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), and other integrative approaches. My clinical approach is collaborative and tailored to each client, drawing on therapies that emphasize resilience, insight, and practical coping strategies.

Areas of focus in my practice include:

  • Trauma and Posttraumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD)
  • Depression and mood disorders
  • Anxiety and panic disorders
  • Adjustment to life transitions and stressors
  • Veterans and military-related concerns
  • Chronic pain, health-related stress, and mind–body connection

I strive to provide a safe, supportive, and nonjudgmental environment where clients feel heard and empowered to make meaningful changes. My goal is to help each client build coping tools, increase self-understanding, and move toward a more balanced and fulfilling life.

My approach to therapy

In therapy, I encourage clients to learn more about themselves and help to guide toward self-empowerment. Clients will learn how to take control of their lives, and learn ways to move forward and accomplish their personal goals.

My goal is to meet you exactly where you are on your journey. The therapeutic relationship is one of the most important factors in therapy success. I am available to work with older teens, adults, couples, and families. I have experience working with individuals from different backgrounds and ethnicities.

What you can expect from me

I am here to help with all the feelings and stresses that are associated with changes of every kind. I approach therapy from an individualistic, holistic, and integrative lens. I believe personal health is impacted by emotional, mental, spiritual, and physical factors which affect personal health and well-being.
