Great to meet you!

Sometimes our thoughts and emotions can feel overwhelming, as if they’re in control rather than us. We may experience loneliness, fear, or sadness that’s hard to explain — or even harder to share. The pressure to “hold it all together” can leave us feeling isolated and exhausted. Whether you're facing internal struggles, relationship challenges, or navigating a difficult life transition it can feel like too much at times. Deep down we simply want to feel calm in our minds, secure in our relationships, present with our loved ones, and the freedom to move forward from past pain.

My approach to therapy

In our work together, I combine my training in EMDR with approaches like Internal Family Systems (IFS) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) to create a personalized, goal-focused treatment plan. I set clear goals for both myself and my clients, viewing each session as an opportunity to make meaningful progress.

What you can expect from me

I listen to my clients and engage honestly. I also assign homework to ensure we're not just talking; we're getting better.
