Great to meet you!

Hi! I’m Alana, a Licensed Clinical Social Worker. I work with adults who are navigating anxiety, life transitions, relationship challenges, or feeling stuck, and who want to better understand themselves and their experiences. I bring over 10 years of experience in mental health, along with advanced postgraduate training in psychotherapy, which informs my insight-oriented approach to therapy.

My approach to therapy

I see therapy as a space to slow down and explore the patterns that shape how you relate to yourself and others. With curiosity and care, we look beneath the surface of what feels overwhelming or unclear to develop a deeper understanding of your experiences and create space for new ways of relating.

What you can expect from me

I strive to create a space that feels warm, thoughtful, and open to exploration. Therapy invites us to be curious and risk honesty as we explore parts of your experience that may be difficult to see, name, or understand. Together, we work toward greater self-understanding, connection, and meaningful change.
