Great to meet you!

I am a compassionate, warm, and patient clinician that finds joy in helping others reach their highest potential in life. I view therapy as an extraordinary process that fosters resilience, hope, and healing from life’s greatest challenges. My goal in therapy is to create and maintain a safe space to allow for gentle exploration and fulfillment of one’s goals, values, and needs.

My approach to therapy

I employ various evidence-based modalities including cognitive behavioral therapy and strengths-based interventions within a framework of supportive, straightforward, and deeply compassionate clinical care. I am a licensed clinical social worker with five years of professional experience operating within a healthcare environment with individuals and families navigating chronic illness, bereavement, and sudden life transitions. I hold specialized certifications in cognitive behavioral therapy as well as palliative and end-of-life care.

What you can expect from me

Together, we will collaborate to establish effective coping mechanisms for the diverse stressors of life, such as depression, anxiety, major life transitions, grief, interpersonal conflict, and various other challenges. I firmly believe that you are the primary expert on your own life experience, and it is vital that we work as partners to determine the most personalized path to assist you in reaching your goals, finding healing, and rebuilding your future.
