Great to meet you!

Hi there! I am a Licensed Professional Counselor with 7 years of experience in the mental health field. I obtained my master's degree from Johns Hopkins University in 2019 and have worked in a variety of settings with people of all ages. I specialize in helping adolescents and young adults navigate anxiety, depression, stress, relationship issues, career challenges, and life transitions.

My approach to therapy

At the heart of my work is the belief that human connection fosters healing, growth, and self-awareness. I bring warmth, compassion, and authenticity to each session, creating a space where clients feel seen and supported. Using an integrative approach that blends CBT, person-centered, and positive psychology, I tailor therapy to meet your unique needs and support you in building confidence, clarity, and resilience. Together, we'll build a trusting, respectful relationship that supports healing and lasting, meaningful change.

What you can expect from me

In our first session, you can expect a welcoming and judgment-free space where we’ll focus on getting to know you and what brings you to therapy. Together, we’ll talk about your goals, explore what’s been challenging, and start mapping out what healing or growth might look like for you. My hope is that you to leave our first session feeling heard, understood, and with a clearer sense of what our work together can look like.
