Great to meet you!

My name is Alana Reeves, MSN, APRN, PMHNP-BC, and I am a board-certified Psychiatric-Mental Health Nurse Practitioner.

I specialize in working with adults who struggle with anxiety, depression, mood disorders, trauma-related symptoms, ADHD, and challenging life transitions.

I help by providing compassionate, evidence-based psychiatric evaluations and medication management. My approach is collaborative and individualized, ensuring that you feel heard, understood, and actively involved in your treatment.

In our first few sessions, you can expect a comprehensive evaluation of your symptoms, medical and psychiatric history, current concerns, and treatment goals. Together, we will develop a personalized plan to support your mental health and overall well-being.

My practice is unique because I combine extensive nursing experience with a warm, respectful, and whole-person approach. I look beyond symptoms to understand how your physical health, relationships, experiences, and daily life may affect your emotional wellness.

I am passionate about this work because I believe everyone deserves a safe, nonjudgmental space to receive support, regain hope, and achieve a healthier and more fulfilling life.

My approach to therapy

We take the time to listen, answer your questions, and involve you in every treatment decision. Our goal is not simply to reduce symptoms but to help you build lasting emotional wellness and achieve your fullest potential.
