Great to meet you!

I am a bilingual (English/Spanish speaking), licensed clinical psychologist providing therapy to children, adolescents, and adults. I earned my doctorate from the Ferkauf Graduate School of Psychology. My specialities include treating anxiety, depression, relationship challenges, and trauma. I work with parents providing support and coaching to address behavioral challenges at home. I am also certified in perinatal mental health through Postpartum Support International.

My approach to therapy

  • My approach to therapy is collaborative and supportive, with an emphasis on validation and our relationship. I personalize your treatment using an integrative therapeutic approach. I utilize psychodynamic psychotherapy, attachment-based therapy, and pull from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and Dialectical Behavior Therapy skills to best support our work together. I also consult and collaborate with schools, caregivers, and other treatment providers to ensure that our work together is comprehensive.

What you can expect from me

In therapy, I aim to empower you with the tools to feel more confident and regulated. Our initial session will involve establishing treatment goals, addressing any acute challenges you may be facing, and setting up a structure for our work together.
