Great to meet you!

Hello and welcome! I am private practice therapist with LCSW licensure in the states of New York and Florida. I earned my Master in Science of Social Work from Columbia University in the City of New York with a focus in Advanced Clinical Practice. I have a background working with clients in urban, suburban and rural inpatient and outpatient mental health settings as well as schools and community agencies. I have worked with individuals from various walks of life facing a range of life events and mental health issues.

My approach to therapy

My approach is friendly, eclectic, trauma-informed, and collaborative. During sessions I utilize talk therapy and therapeutic modalities including CBT, DBT, MI, psychoeducation, positive psychology, and creative arts and play therapy techniques.

What you can expect from me

I look forward to meeting with you and learning more about what brings you to therapy. In our sessions together we will identify challenges you may be facing and what you would like to gain from our time together. I will support you in working toward personal goals and taking steps to create a balanced, fulfilling life. To get started, you can follow the appointment link, call, or email to set up an appointment today!
