Great to meet you!

With over 15 years of experience in healthcare, I’ve had the opportunity to work across many areas of nursing. However, Mental Health Nursing has always held a special place in my heart. After leaving active duty, I recognized how challenging it could be to find providers who truly understood my experiences. This inspired me to return to school and pursue advanced training so that I could offer compassionate, relatable care to others.

I hold a Bachelor of Science in Nursing, a Master of Science in Nurse Management, and a Post-Master’s Degree as a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP). In my current practice, I work with patients age 12 and older, providing diagnosis and treatment for Depression, Anxiety, Bipolar Disorder, and PTSD. My approach focuses on empathy, collaboration, and empowering each individual on their journey toward mental wellness.

My approach to therapy

In my work with clients, I use a goal-oriented approach to therapy. You share your mental health goals with me, and together we create a plan to help you achieve them.

What you can expect from me

As your mental health provider, I want to establish a caring relationship. I also want to set clear expectations from the start, by using genuine, patient-focused care from the very first session.
