Great to meet you!

My journey is rooted in a deep belief that the world needs more compassion. After working with trauma survivors and witnessing how therapy can meaningfully improve day-to-day life, I felt called to continue this work with passion and purpose. Supporting healing, harmony, and helping individuals become their best version of themselves.

My approach to therapy

I utilize an eclectic approach to treatment, meeting clients where they are by integrating DBT, somatic therapy, and motivational interviewing. I value building a strong therapeutic rapport, as a trusting relationship can help us gently explore and work through areas that may feel more difficult to manage.

What you can expect from me

The first session is centered on mindfulness and presence, recognizing that it’s natural to feel nervous when starting therapy. I focus on listening deeply, learning what brings the client in, clarifying goals, and exploring which therapeutic approaches may work best to support their desired outcomes.
