Alanna Conlee

I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with a Master’s in Social Work and certification in Trauma-Informed Clinical Social Work. I have a sincere love and compassion for all people and work hard to ensure they feel that. I work closely with my clients to help them discover what works best for them. I provide tools and interventions to assist them in accomplishing goals to help them be who they want to be and live a life consistent with their values. I have experience working with depression, anxiety, self-harm and suicidal ideation, BPD, LGBTQ, family conflict/parenting, ADHD, OCD, grief/loss and trauma. I am EMDR certified.

My goal is for myself and my clients to work as a collaborative team in a supportive, empathic, encouraging, non-judgemental environment. I take a client-centered approach. I believe all individuals have within themselves the ability to grow, heal and change and I feel privileged to be able to help them do so through modalities such as CBT, TF-CBT, DBT, ACT, mindfulness, psychoeducation, IFS and EMDR.

I am solution focused therapist. Together, I set goals with my clients. Each session I challenge my clients to implement weekly practices to work towards their goals. I am there to guide, educate and encourage my clients as they work towards change.
