Great to meet you!

I believe in inclusivity and equality to all and advocate for all who work with me to have this in their lives. I graduated with my Bachelor of Social Work (2009) and Master of Social Work (2013) from Kutztown University and have worked in child welfare, drug and alcohol and, finally, mental health.

A bit about my approach to therapy

I am a trained Dialectical Behavior Therapist, an ADHD Certified Clinical Services Provider, and I am working on becoming a Certified Eye Movement Desensitization Reprocessing clinician. I find that my experiences throughout my career have helped me create a compassionate and accepting therapeutic approach with a diverse population.

What you can expect from our first session

I work hard to create a safe space for my clients to build a positive rapport in order to identify clear goals for the therapy that is done. I meet my client where they are currently at in their road to healing and try to develop coping strategies with my clients that fit their unique needs.
