Great to meet you!

Hi, I’m Alanna, a Licensed Mental Health Counselor providing telehealth therapy for adults. I work with individuals experiencing anxiety, ADHD, depression, trauma, and life transitions, especially those who feel stuck in patterns of overthinking, people-pleasing, burnout, emotional overwhelm, and difficulty with focus or consistency.

Many of the clients I support are high-functioning but internally struggling with self-criticism, low self-worth, intrusive thoughts, racing thoughts, or feeling mentally exhausted from trying to hold everything together.

I also specialize in supporting women navigating the emotional and mental health impact of PCOS, including challenges related to hormonal changes, body image, fatigue, mood fluctuations, and chronic stress that often accompany the condition.

My approach to therapy

My approach to therapy is warm, collaborative, and tailored to each client’s individual needs. I integrate evidence-based techniques such as CBT, DBT, mindfulness, and IFS within a trauma-informed framework. My goal is to help clients build self-awareness, emotional regulation, and confidence while creating a safe space for reflection and growth. I believe therapy should feel supportive, nonjudgmental, and empowering as you work toward lasting change.

What you can expect from me

In our first session, I’ll take time to get to know you and understand what brings you to therapy, whether it’s an immediate concern or a more general desire to improve your well-being. We’ll discuss what you’d like to focus on, explore what’s been challenging, and begin setting goals together. My approach is relaxed and supportive, with the goal of building trust and creating a safe space where you can feel comfortable opening up as we begin this process.
