Great to meet you!

Hello and thank you for visiting my profile!

I have been licensed as an MFT since 2006 and credentialed as a School Psychologist since 2022. Children, families, and early intervention have always been my passion. I have worked in a variety of settings, including home visitation, psychiatric facilities, and managed health care.

I look forward to helping you and your loved ones.

My approach to therapy

I use an ecosystemic model, meaning I ask questions about the different relationships in your life and how they may be affecting you. From the family you were born into, the friends you have, the workplace, and the family you have created.

What you can expect from me

In our first session I will ask a lot of questions about your background and family history, what brings you to therapy at this time, what your goals are, and how you see me helping you meet those goals.
