Great to meet you!

At different stages of life, many people experience stress, anxiety, uncertainty, or emotional challenges that can feel difficult to navigate alone. I work with teens, young adults, adults, and older adults to provide a supportive space where clients can process challenges, build coping skills, and move toward greater clarity, confidence, and emotional wellness.

My approach is warm, supportive, and goal-oriented. Therapy with me is not just about talking, it’s about creating real meaningful change. Starting therapy can feel overwhelming, but you don’t have to do it alone. Whether you're seeking support for yourself or your child, I offer a warm, collaborative space to explore challenges, build on strengths, and move toward healing. When you're ready, I’m here to help you take the next step.

My approach to therapy

My approach to therapy is collaborative, structured, and goal-oriented. I work to create a supportive space where clients feel comfortable exploring challenges while also building practical skills they can apply in their daily lives. I balance validation with gentle challenge to support meaningful and lasting change.

I use evidence-based approaches, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), mindfulness-based strategies, and positive psychology. My work focuses on helping clients understand the connection between their thoughts, emotions, and behaviors while developing tools for emotional regulation, stress management, and effective communication.

I specialize in working with teens, young adults, and adults navigating life transitions, such as school changes, career development, and relationship challenges. I also support clients experiencing anxiety, stress, and self-esteem concerns. My goal is to help clients gain clarity, build confidence, and feel more equipped to manage life’s challenges both in and outside of therapy.

What you can expect from me

When we work together, you can expect a space that is both supportive and focused on progress. I take time to understand your experiences while helping you build practical strategies to manage stress, improve confidence, and navigate challenges more effectively.

My style is collaborative and active. We won’t just talk through concerns, we’ll work on skills you can apply in your daily life. I use evidence-based approaches while tailoring each session to fit your specific needs and goals. Above all, I aim to help you feel more clear, capable, and in control of where you’re headed.
