Great to meet you!

I am a licensed professional counselor with a wide variety of experiences and skills I gained through dynamic counseling endeavors. I have a Masters of Arts - Counseling and Human Services - Emphasis in Clinical Mental Health Counseling and Addictions Counseling. I specialize in depression/mood disturbance, anxiety, grief counseling, CBT, trauma informed care, self-esteem issues, Anger Management, severe and persistent mental illness, co-occurring substance use and crisis intervention.

My approach to therapy

I utilize solution focused and motivational interviewing with a client centered approach. I like to think of myself as a "GPS", I provide the guidance and suggested directions but the client is ultimately in control. If they miss a turn or veer off the path I will recalculate and aid in guiding them back in the desired direction.

What you can expect from me

I am dedicated to helping others develop their story and empowering them to safely experience and process their emotions, along with the daily challenges they face, both big and small. I am passionate about helping others achieve small victories and work to aid them in healing, growing, and living satisfying lives.
