Great to meet you!

As a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor, I believe in each person's capacity and ability to move toward a life that feels deeply connected, authentic, and alive. Taking the first step towards change can be hard, and I will be here with you the whole way. I have more than six years of experience supporting individuals navigating anxiety, depression, childhood/complex trauma, relationship challenges, and life transitions.

My approach to therapy

I take a warm, relational, and collaborative approach that honors your unique experiences and strengths. I believe healing involves the whole person—mind and body. I incorporate evidence-based, experiential, and body-based practices to help you process difficult experiences, regulate your nervous system, and develop a deeper sense of safety and connection within yourself.

What you can expect from me

Our first session is a great opportunity for me to get to know you better, and gain a deeper understanding of what you're hoping to achieve with therapy. Since I take more of a collaborative approach, I always provide opportunities for you to ask any lingering or clarifying questions about the process. I am here to help you navigate the complexities of therapy, and life.
