Great to meet you!

I am a LCSW and AMFT working toward dual licensure in California. I hold two Master’s degrees in Clinical Psychology from Pepperdine University and Social Work from the University of Southern California, and I am a proud member of Psi Chi, the International Honor Society in Psychology.

My approach to therapy

I am EMDR trained and integrate EMDR, Internal Family Systems (IFS), attachment-based therapy, CBT, and body-based practices to help clients regulate emotions, build internal safety, and gently process experiences that may still feel unresolved. My work supports both symptom relief and deeper insight into patterns shaped by past relationships and trauma. I specialize in working with traumatic events, childhood trauma, anxiety, shame, attachment wounds, self-criticism, and self-worth concerns. I offer a relational, trauma-informed approach that prioritizes safety, attunement, and collaboration.I offer a trauma-informed, relational approach that supports nervous system regulation and internal safety.

What you can expect from me

During the first session, we’ll complete an intake and assessment allowing me to better understand your needs, goals, and background. We’ll explore what’s been feeling most difficult and identify what you need support with right now. We’ll discuss what’s bringing you in, review important history, and talk about how I work. I also welcome any questions you have, and we’ll move in a way that feels collaborative and grounded.
