I support young professionals, first gens, children of immigrants, immigrants, and BIPOC folx in exploring and gaining a deeper understanding of their unique lived experiences.

I have a decade of experience in the mental health field. I obtained my M.A. in Clinical Psychology at Pepperdine University and my B.A. in Psychology at the University of Nevada, Las Vegas. Some modalities I utilize include EMDR, Person-Centered, DBT, and mindfulness.

I have a warm, compassionate, and integrative approach that helps in building upon your strengths and honoring your story. I will help you understand how your experiences affect your mental health and how they might show up in your everyday life and relationships (anxiety, depression, trauma, lack of boundaries). Learn how to heal generational trauma, navigate relationship challenges, manage burnout, improve self-esteem, and identify healthy relationships.

My goal is to create a genuine, safe, and supportive space conducive to growth and healing. Our first visit will consist of a clinical interview which will allow me to gain a better understanding of your past experiences and current needs. Through our conversations we will be able to identify patterns that are no longer serving you, challenge negative self-views, and build healthy patterns.
