As a therapist, I bring together my background in cultural anthropology, psychological anthropology, and depth psychology to create a holistic approach to healing and growth. In my psychotherapy approach, I prioritize understanding individuals' personalities over pathologizing them. I believe people develop adaptive strategies for different life stages, which may no longer serve them or they may get stuck in a particular phase in life and need help moving forward. Treatment involves self-discovery, fostering curiosity, and using creativity to explore and address underlying issues, enabling holistic growth and healing.

My goal is to help you develop insight into patterns that have left you frustrated and feeling stuck. This process helps you explore unexamined parts of yourself while building an increased capacity to hold challenging and uncomfortable emotions.
