Hello, my name is Albert Garcia, and I’m honored to support you on your mental health journey. I studied at FIU in my hometown of Miami, FL, and have over a decade of experience in psychiatry, spanning crisis intervention, inpatient and outpatient care, and community-based programs for individuals with severe mental illness and high recidivism rates. I’ve also had the privilege of treating clients of all ages in private practice. My goal is to provide compassionate, evidence-based care that helps you achieve balance and well-being.

My approach blends modern psychiatry with holistic wellness, integrating functional medicine, nutritional psychiatry, and mindfulness-based strategies. Whether you need medication management, therapy, or a combination of both, I work collaboratively with you to create a treatment plan tailored to your unique needs.
